Nhằm nâng cao nhận thức và chủ động bảo vệ sức khỏe học sinh, Trường Tiểu học Lai Cách tăng cường tuyên truyền phòng, chống bệnh viêm màng não do mô cầu tới cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên, học sinh và phụ huynh.
Bệnh viêm màng não do mô cầu có thể diễn biến nhanh, gây biến chứng nguy hiểm. Vì vậy, việc nhận biết sớm các dấu hiệu nghi ngờ và thực hiện các biện pháp phòng bệnh là vô cùng cần thiết.
MỖI NGƯỜI HÃY CHỦ ĐỘNG THỰC HIỆN TỐT CÁC BIỆN PHÁP SAU:
1. Nhận biết sớm dấu hiệu cảnh báo:
Sốt cao đột ngột, đau đầu dữ dội, cứng gáy, buồn nôn, nôn hoặc xuất hiện ban bất thường. Khi có dấu hiệu nghi ngờ, cần đưa trẻ đến cơ sở y tế ngay để được thăm khám, xử trí kịp thời.
2. Giữ gìn vệ sinh cá nhân:
Rửa tay thường xuyên bằng xà phòng; che miệng, mũi khi ho, hắt hơi; không dùng chung đồ dùng cá nhân và hạn chế tiếp xúc gần với người có dấu hiệu mắc bệnh.
3. Chủ động tiêm vắc xin phòng bệnh:
Phụ huynh tìm hiểu, tham khảo ý kiến nhân viên y tế về loại vắc xin phù hợp với độ tuổi và thực hiện tiêm theo hướng dẫn chuyên môn.
4. Giữ môi trường học tập thông thoáng, sạch sẽ:
Thường xuyên mở cửa thông gió, vệ sinh lớp học, đồ dùng và các bề mặt tiếp xúc; chú trọng khu vực bán trú, nội trú và không gian sinh hoạt chung.
5. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với ngành Y tế:
Nhà trường, gia đình và cơ quan y tế cùng thực hiện các biện pháp phòng, chống dịch bệnh; theo dõi sức khỏe học sinh và kịp thời xử lý khi phát hiện dấu hiệu bất thường.

EVERYONE, PLEASE PROACTIVELY IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING MEASURES:
1. Early recognition of warning signs:
Sudden high fever, severe headache, stiff neck, nausea, vomiting, or unusual rash. If suspected signs appear, take the child to a medical facility immediately for timely examination and treatment.
2. Maintain personal hygiene:
Wash hands regularly with soap; cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing; do not share personal items and limit close contact with individuals showing signs of illness.
3. Proactively get vaccinated:
Parents should research and consult healthcare professionals regarding age-appropriate vaccines and follow specialized guidance for vaccination.
4. Keep the learning environment well-ventilated and clean:
Regularly open doors for ventilation, clean classrooms, equipment, and frequently touched surfaces; pay special attention to boarding/day-boarding areas and common living spaces.
5. Cooperate closely with the Health Sector:
The school, families, and health agencies should jointly implement disease prevention measures; monitor student health and promptly handle any abnormal signs detected.
